  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Products must not be customized, altered, or used in ways that conflict with normal use.

  • Promotional items or free gifts are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns within 30 days, JFCDXHLS covers the return shipping cost.

  • Customers should not send returns to the original shipping address.

  • After your return request is approved, we will provide a dedicated return address via email.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
