  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Free shipping applies to mainland United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, and military bases).

  • U.S. affiliated islands and territories not listed above are not eligible for delivery.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • For eligible U.S. destinations, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, holidays, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Orders with a subtotal of $0.01 to $79.99: shipping fee $9.99

  • Orders with a subtotal of $80 or more: free shipping

All shipping charges are calculated before taxes and duties.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These fees are not paid to JFCDXHLS and are set by the destination country’s or region’s import regulations.

  • We recommend checking local import regulations before placing your order.

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Shipping Exceptions

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, or military bases are not supported.
